Shipping & Handling
 
In-stock items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. We strive to get orders out sooner whenever possible.

Haute Wrap uses UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping. A tracking number for your order is available with all shipping methods. We have chosen the most cost-efficient method to establish shipping costs for each item. (After all, we do our own fair share of online shopping, too!)

Merchandise is shipped using UPS/FedEx Ground and USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Please contact us to discuss expedited shipping or international shipping and costs.
 
If you are local to the Wood River Valley in Idaho and wish to pick up your merchandise, please contact us before you place your order to make arrangements.


Returns
 
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only in the event of items received damaged. Haute Wrap must be notified of damaged items within 5 days of receipt.
